Prices

DAHL Skincare reserves the right to adjust prices on all products in our range at any time, both upwards and downwards. The price applicable at the time of purchase is the price that will apply to your order.

Order Confirmation

When we receive your order, we will send an order confirmation via email. The order confirmation contains complete details of your order. If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately with your order number included. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, you may do so until the shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. The delivery time is calculated from the first work day after shipping and depends on location. We reserve the right for stock shortages and potential pricing errors. If an inventory discrepancy occurs and we are unable to deliver your full order, we will ship the available items and ship remaining products when they are available.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any products due to price changes or stock availability. All stated delivery times should be considered approximate.

Unclaimed Packages

Your package will usually remain at the pickup location for 7 days. If you do not collect your package within this period, it will be returned to us.

Returns / Right of Withdrawal / Exchanges

As a customer at dahlskincare.com, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving a product. The right of withdrawal applies to unopened products. Contact us at info@dahlskincare.com with your order number for assistance. The responsibility and cost of return shipping are borne by the customer, and the items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

If your order was shipped with free shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping cost. If you are not satisfied with a product and wish to exchange it for another, you may do so as long as the packaging remains unopened. Contact info@dahlskincare.com for more information.

Complaints

If your package is damaged upon delivery, you should report it directly to your pickup location. Complaints for damaged packages can be made directly with your delivery service. If there is an issue with your product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. Email info@dahlskincare.com and be as specific as possible. Don’t forget to include your order number.

Pre-ordered products are shipped as soon as they become available at no additional cost, while other items are shipped immediately.

When you pre-order products, the full cost must be paid for all items. On the product page, you can find more details about the estimated release date. We reserve the right to adjust the stated delivery date. All stated delivery times should be considered approximate. You may cancel a pre-order at any time, provided the items have not yet been shipped. The right of withdrawal for received products applies as usual from the time you receive the item.
